That's extremely unlikely, as in much less than 1 chance in a million.

This documentary's 11 years old, and despite all the rumors, nobody ever presented one shred of evidence that she's alive: no pictures, no testimony from any of her relatives or friends, nothing! Just anonymous contradictory rumors propagated by disgruntled sex tourists and sexpats who are trying to convince themselves that somehow they are the victims in this story...

Her real name's Sirirat Rapsithorn. It's not a common name! If you search it, you find nothing except references to this documentary.

Plus, if she was alive and if the documentary had deliberately lied, then they'd be liable and could lose a lot of money in a lawsuit. Yet, nobody has sued the producers or CBC, which broadcasted the documentary. Not the Thai government, not Pla's mother or any of her relatives, not Pla herself, not her imaginary western husband (some of those rumors claim she got married and moved to Europe, except that you can't do that without leaving a paper trail: marriage licence, passport, visas etc). Other rumors claim they know somebody who knows somebody who knows her in Bangkok, but same thing, no paper trail, no phonebook entry, no bills, no facebook, nothing at all! So esp if she was still in Bangkok and needing money, she'd have sold interviews to magazines, or she'd have used her name to tell her story based on the success of the documentary (getting paid for a book about her, or a movie). If you read all the rumors, not one of them makes sense.

It's very sad, but she died more than 10 years ago...
