All you who 'know' that this is propaganda

Go see it if you're really going to form an opinion. I screen movies and have seen it twice now. I paid extra attention the second time to see if this claims anything about global warming. It DOES NOT. It merely says that the seasons are warmer and the ice caps are melting. I don't care who you voted for... everyone in the scientific community admits that the world is getting warmer. The area where people argue is the cause of this, but this movie does not take a side on that. So hold your tongues before jumping to conclusions about this film's "hidden messages" that actually don't exist. And if you don't believe that the world is getting warmer, then I'm sorry, but you're really uneducated. It doesn't mean that you believe that it's our fault, it just means that you acknowledge that the temperature is rising.

Good point. Of course there is the website at the end of the movie saying learn more. http://green.nationalgeographic.com/ I almost turned this propaganda crap off. I had to explain to my kids that the story is a lie. There is nothing in this documentary that gives evidence to the Story Latifah is even telling. You say recognize that the temperature is rising. You cannot honestly say that the temperature is rising by the scenes in the film. Who knows when this was filmed. spring summer fall winter. Come on. It's a fairy tale to brain wash kids. However, I am not against protecting the environment. I am against this crap. That they portray it as an innocent movie.

About now nearly ALL credible sources are confirming that Global Warming is a FACT. Those who continue to deny it are being likened to those who insist the Holocaust never happened. In other words, pull your head out of the sand. We are dealing with something very real here. It isn't going to go away just because you don't like it. The really bad part is you're trying to dumb down your own children. Shame on you.

Yes, global warming may be a fact. The problem with this propaganda is that we are not the cause, and buying a hybrid isn't going to do a damn thing, neither is only using cold water to wash clothes, two minutes less in the shower, etc... The Earth goes through these cycles, it always has and there's nothing we can do to change it, we're along for the ride.
