I would like to watch this with a Pro-Abortion person...

I would like for them to try and defend the killing of these babies and that's clearly what they are.

You want to argue for the first month or so, fine. But you know there are people as in represented by Barrack the Messiah and his party that try to make sure the abortion industry can kill into the third trimester.

These are the same people that try and make abortion doctors out to be some sort of brave, noble lover of women...

Yeah, right. Think of a man or a woman who would choose to dismember and suck out of a womb the little creatures you see in this TV show. And that's what they do day after day...

You want that person to be a friend of yours?

I really have trouble comprehending the term "pro-abortion". Never have I just heard someone say, "Yeah, I hate dem babehs! Kill dem all! Abort! Abort!" No one in their right mind wants to just kill babies, which is why "pro-abortion" doesn't make sense. People such as myself think women deserve a choice, which is why we're "pro-choice". No one likes abortions, especially not the person having them. You're not even supposed to be able to have an abortion past the first trimester (3 months), let alone the third. That would in fact be killing an actual child. A group of multiplying cells, however, is not.

And for the record, you spelled "Barack" incorrectly.

Please, there are numbers your side that even have made "Cards" for those having an abortion.

And if you don't think the Abortion Crowd doesn't have its zealots like the Pro-Life crowd does, you are delusional.

Not suppossed to have an abortion after the first trimester? Please, there is a constant flood of those who do just that. And the Pro-Choice crowd is always fighting for Late Term abortions.

You can dress it up all you want to, you can try to make yourself feel better about it, but it's not always a clump of cells that gets sucked away.

It's often as horrible a procedure as can be imagined, with body parts being cut up so as to allow removal, of the fetus having all the fingers, toes, and prior to its killing, facial expressions.

So again, make it sound like the removal of a tumor, but its not. So deal with the guilt of being part of a modern genocide.

I am 'pro-choice' which I suppose you would define as pro-abotion. I don't. I don't actually feel I would ever make the choice to have an abortion, nor would I be comfortable if I found out a friend had one without a good reason, but that's my personal standpoint.

So I'd gladly respond to you (even after all this time) and if you're geninuely interested in hearing the POV of a 'pro-abortionist' then go ahead and read on.

The first month is difficult to detect (as you should have learnt from the documentary) as they calculate the pregnancy as having started around the last day of the last menstrual cycle. Given that a woman generally has to miss a period before she knows she's pregnant and menstrual cycles don't run like clocks- they can be delayed for up to a month without warning- it could be well into her sixth or seventh week before she's even really aware that she IS pregnant.
Additionally there is no way post-24 weeks will ever be made legal. The laws are there for any baby that has a potential to survive outside the womb. In fact in many countries laws are winding the limit back to around 20 weeks or so.

These are the same people that try and make abortion doctors out to be some sort of brave, noble lover of women...

Well, I'm not quite sure what gave you that impression, but I'm not exactly of that mindset.

Yeah, right. Think of a man or a woman who would choose to dismember and suck out of a womb the little creatures you see in this TV show. And that's what they do day after day...

The kind of abortion you are describing is actually illegal now in most US states UNLESS the fetus is already dead and decomposing (and may not even survive the birth intact.) They do not pull a baby into pieces unless the baby cannot be induced and delivered.

The reason I consider myself pro-choice is because there are horrible times when it is important for the pregnancy to be ended. Of course there's the obvious- assault, major faults that'll have the baby die before birth, or the mother is very sick and cannot maintain a healthy safe pregnancy and get the treatment she needs at the same time .

.. but there's also cases like with Danielle Deaver and her husband.
They planned the pregnancy, were preparing for a baby, when her waters broke at 22 weeks. This meant that the baby was suddenly unprotected and getting pressed in and crushed by her uterus, causing it real physical pain, and disfiguring the baby. It needed at least two more weeks before it could survive outside the womb but there would be very little chance it would make it to 24 weeks without being badly disfigured and damaged, brain damage almost certain, would probably die but if not needing extreme care for the rest of her life. They were refused an abortion because she was over 20 weeks old... and in that state any fetus over 20 weeks couldn't be aborted.
It took a week of torture for the baby to die inside her mum. In any other state they could have induced birth and Danielle could have given birth to her daughter, held her, and known her baby hadn't

Then there's Savita Halappanavar in Ireland who's body started to miscarry at 17 weeks but it didn't finish- the baby, like Danielle's baby, remained inside and had a heartbeat for a few days(even though it would not survive and the placenta and cord were already starting to decompose)
The hospital refused to give her an abortion (even though the baby was going to die) twice and the baby finally passed four days later. Savita Halappanavar died a few days later from blood poisoning that was directly related to carrying a decomposing and dead fetus/placenta.

THAT'S why I'm pro-choice. Because, even if I do not want an abortion, I know there might be a time in my life or in the lives of my friends when something terrible and tragic might go wrong. And in those times I want to know that they can safely and legally end the pregnancy if they CHOOSE and grieve properly as parents always do. It's better than forcing the parents and baby to suffer for an extended amount of time or even worse, loosing the mother as well.

I just have to say 'Barrack the Messiah'. Really? You Americans have a very strange view of your pollies.
