Worth the time?

I was just seeing if this movie is worth watching in terms of richness in plot and acting. And of course, boobies. I do not care about cliches because for some reason people are just infatuated with bitterness and abrupt endings, which I don't mind either but I like the best of both worlds. Sometimes people confuse bad movies and cliche plots and completely ignore the journey to the end filled with character development, themes, and acting.

I personally like Mischa Barton as an actress; I think people are exaggerating about her acting just because they didn't get some hot shot actress, but a developing one.

So my question: Is this an underrated movie? My impression is that it probably is and has a bad rep because of "cliches" and bad acting.

No. It is a very nice simple movie. Mischa is actually quite good here but I didn't see Marissa Cooper when I was watching this movie but Ethel Ann. I actually have a review of this movie posted on here...its short but Its adequate.

No this is utter tripe. A complete waste of the superb cast. The fact Sir Richard Attenborough directed this makes it all the worse. The acting is good but the best actors in the world can't make a bad script decent. It's long, drawn out, & flat out boring which is sad. It's a sad excuse for a movie.
