Good Idea, Badly Executed...!

They had a good idea, it was just badly executed...you could never tell if it was supposed to be a thriller, mystery, or horror movie; hell I don't even think the people that made it could tell either!

Pretty much. I liked the idea and the setting but the execution was completely rubbish. Kind of like watching a slightly better version of some Ulli Lommel flick.
