Nice find. Judging Marc Caro as an artist there's a huge possibility he was heavily influenced by stuff like this.

Jesus on the cross has been depicted in many ways. Jesus is the general theme anyway, I don't think Dali's painting was the source of inspiration for this film... A need for money was. (and good luck at that!)

I absolutely agree. Especially considering the ending, there's absolutely no way Caro wasn't influenced by Dali's awesome painting.
