Direct To DVD Movies This Year

I don't see a problem with it. I appreciate something different than a movie that has been in theaters. Some of the best movies I have seen have been straight to disc. Most of these wouldn't have had a chance of making enough money to pay for a theater run, so I am pleased that we have the avenue of home video for them to still capture an audience.

Coming this year on the sequel front alone (and all straight-to-disc) are:

Legally Blondes (Sequel), The Grudge 3, Into the Blue 2, S. Darko: A Donnie Darko Tale, Boogeyman 3, The Cell 2, Deep Blue Sea 2, Ace Ventura Jr., Still Waiting... (Waiting... 2).

Now, those are just some of the direct-to-disc sequels coming this year that I know about... many more are unannounced, or just haven't been discovered by me yet. It's going to be a great year for those who loved the original movies all of these were based on.

One "teeny type" one I think was straight to DVD is Wild Child. That movie was great!
