this wasn't my favorite movie on earth or anything, but it was okay for what it was (though dakokta fanning + any other little girl actress i've seen about that age = what's the difference?). i like kurt russell and i thought the guy playing the jockey was actually pretty good, but now i can't remember him name and... who ARE these people in the cast? were all of the main players "ashamed?"

I thought it was a pretty good movie! It accomplishes what it should as a hopeful and cute movie, without being overly sappy. The jockey was played by Freddy Rodriguez and I thought he was a quite appealing character. From what I remember:

Freddy Rodriguez

and "Sacrifice as Sonador"
I'm not sure who the other man was, the one who fired Kurt Russell at the beginning.
