KILLING Eça de Queiroz's book

This would be a good movie if it wouldn't have the name "O Crime do Padre Amaro",a book of one of the greatest portuguese writers ever.The director is just killing the original work.Don't you have the same opinion as I do?

Without a doubt. I was so disappointed when I first saw it; Like you said, it killed his novel. :(
