does Zach Galifianakis look like he put on weight since tru callings or am i just imagining it.

It takes an idiot to do cool things. Thats what makes them cool

No, i think its just because he shaved off his beard which covered all his double chins:-P

He may have even lost weight, but it's more noticeable without a beard.

What I've noticed about him is that he just has a mustache now instead of the whole beard. About the weight, if anything he lost some weight.
