uuuuugh its horrific. completely ruins it for me 

It's recorded in front of an audience.

Why must every one of you people think every sitcom with laughter is a laugh track?

Fair enough. The fact remains though that the laughter kills this show.. Pre-recorded or live.

It is loud. They should have lowered the volume if that's even possible.

Laugh tracks and live audience noise are distracting and diminish the quality of a program. It's not necessary; we know if something is funny without having to be cued.
