They Changed the Voices!

This is one of my daughter's favorite shows, I am sad that they have changed the voices on the newer episodes. I think the origional voices were perfect and now that they've gotten new ones it isn't the same. The newer episodes don't seem as clever either. Sad...

It's a new Charlie. But the Lola is (I think) now played by Maisie's sister, Clementine.
I agree, however, that the latest haven't been as great as the earliest ones. But it hasn't been super-terrific (the grandparents house one wasn't good at all).

I think the kids who voice Charlie and Lola are just growing up. I noticed Lola's voice was getting a bit deeper half way through season one. As for the newer episodes, I have really enjoyed them. My favorite one has been "Say Cheese" and I have also really liked the second season so far.

They also sound English here as well. I just think that Lola's voice seems to be lower nowadays. It was pretty high pitched at the beginning of the series (eg. "Tomato") and now it has gotten a little lower ("Snow").

lola is just not lola any more. Clemie lost her edge

Leave the poor kids alone, the original cast were getting too old to be Charlie and Lola so they had to change. Either they changed the voice-cast or they stopped the show and kept on repeating old episodes. So please will everyone just let it go..

I agree with the person above me. Charlie and Lola will always be Charlie and Lola =D It's like going through puberty. Sure, youre voice changes a bit, your body changes -- but your still the same "you" personality-wise =)
