Anyone who wonders here thinking 'shall I watch this ..?'

Yes, do. I recommend it. Its IMDb score is removed from the reality of the film because peeps seem to expect something from the film that it doesn't deliver but that's not because the film is bad but the expectations misplaced.

It has an interesting story that does have a plot. We are introduced to a gang in the Parisian underworld and watch how that gang unravels. None of the characters are well sketched with the exception of the hit guys Francky and Jean-Guy who are on the peripheries of the gang. It has great atmosphere and is really French in a way that I feel but can't rationalise.

8.5/10 from me.
