SOMEONE PLEASE HELP- I'M DESPERATE TO KNOW WHO SINGS THIS SONG!!!

I love that song that is playing on the MENU page OF THE DVD( WHERE THE 3 ARE DANCING) -and later played as the song the prostitute, Sandra ( I believe) is dancing to - she even says in the movie "I LOVE THIS SONG" then starts dancing and lips syncs to it. PLEASE HELP WHAT IS THE NAME (IS it 'I'm a Lover'?- I tried the credits but don't read French too well)WHO SINGS THIS SONG and most importantly if you know - WHERE CAN I BUY THIS SONG?? IS it on UTUBE anywhere??? Thanks for the help everyone!

The song is called Marcia Baila by Les Rita Mitsouko. I'm sure it's available on ITunes.
