The finale

The finale was so long ago...but I think this description will make sense...when Alex comes to Claire and tells her that they should be together no matter what and there are boxes everywhere (actually I think they were at a house that just sold...not sure!) and they start kissing..etc....there was an amazing song playing, I liked it a lot...but I didn't write down any lyrics and I'm just wondering if anyone knows what song I'm talking about! Hopefully! Thanks.
