are they this desperate?

Okay, I don't get this. Some people said that this show has already been cancelled and isn't going to air, and that it was actually made like two years ago and was overrun by Hannah Montana.

In the event that they do choose to eventually air it... WHY?! Are their writers so desperately hopeless that they can't come up with a new idea, so they take a character who they havent used in four years and revolve a tv show around her? Does anyone get this at all?!
