Aaron Yoo was 28 filming this!

I HATE when 16 year olds are portrayed by near 30-year olds. It was a good movie, but jeeeeeeez they needed someone younger to play ronnie...

I agree. They get especially bad about this in horror movies. There's always some 35 year old playing a highschool student.

come on, it wasnt THAT bad, i mean, the guy is pretty young looking. at the time, i wouldnt have pegged him for late 20's. i woulda said late teens, or early 20's at the most.

That's because it is difficult to find decent actors who are in their teens. Most of them are still in acting schools and do not have much experience.

I'm not saying Yoo's acting was any good, but it could be the reason for most other movies/shows that you're talking about.

He's pretty hot though and it makes me feel less creepy in saying that to know he is older than a teen.

Speaking of older people always playing young people in horror movies...did anyone think that one chick in the new Nightmare on Elm Street (I think she was the first one to die) looked like, I dunno...30 something? She could have passed for her mom's younger sister and she was supposed to be 18 or so? Whatever.
