Any New Developements?

Has anyone heard anything about this yet? I saw it back in October in L.A. and haven't heard anything since.

Hand puppets are down here.
Are you sure?
They're under the stairs, they aren't marionettes.

So did I! Why didn't you say hi? ;)

Since then it has acquired a distributor, see thread:

It's getting a couple of screenings at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in June:

Other than that, not much heard lately.

This just in from Larry Blamire, himself!:

Happy to announce that--at last--everyone's favorite furrowed brow barrage TRAIL OF THE SCREAMING FOREHEAD will be premiering on IFC Festival Direct in the coming months (that's video on demand). After that it will be released on DVD.

More details as they are made available to me by Shoreline and IFC.

This is great news! Where did you see this? WOW! FINALLY! :) Also, I highly recommend checking out Return of the Lost Skeleton if you haven't already seen it.

Yup, saw LOST SKELETON RETURNS AGAIN at the Mill Valley Film Festival a couple of weeks back. It was a hoot and a half and the Bantam Street Players were just about the nicest folks you can imagine. It should be having a Southern California unveiling in November, so be sure to check it out!

I still haven't seen FOREHEAD, but look forward to it. Several of the newer members of the SKELLY 2 troupe took their bow in FOREHEAD, so it should be a real treat.

Of course, the old dark house epic DARK & STORMY NIGHT is just around the corner, too, which reportedly sports the biggest cast of 'em all. If I recall correctly, Larry mentioned a "reading of the will" sequence that features something on the order of 16 speaking roles. Perhaps that number is my error, but it should still be quite the epic!

Slowly...
