lol I noticed that too shadowsoul . It's most likely a spoof on the movie " Popeye " from 1980 . Just a wild guess here of course ( and not sure why it is here in this movie either but still pretty funny lol ) . I'm watching this movie for the very first time on FEARNET On-Demand .
