One of the most unfairly orphaned shows...

This is one of the most unfairly orphaned shows ever on tv. It had good following while it was on originally but they seemed to have moved on. Even the author's followers seemed to have abandoned it because it wasn't exactly like the books.

Poor little show.

It was really just hitting stride when it was cancelled.

Kind of an odd thing. Instead of the series using the book audience and building to bigger and better things. The TV audience went to the book series in droves.

It was the Sci Fi Channel, where decent shows go to die ... even the ones they originated. I completely gave up on them when they began to air wrestling.
