What did you rate ''Sisters'' (2006)?

I missed Bernard Herrmann's music, and I missed Brian De Palma's flamboyance. But the director, Douglas Buck, has his own quietly effective style that I enjoyed, the performances are good and some of the changes in the script worked well. I'll be damned if this version doesn't have as many plot holes and confusing moments as the 1973 original, but you can't have everything.

I rated this film 7/10 for the database—much higher than most people, I see. What did you rate the film? What did you think of it? And what did you think of the original if you saw it?

I gave it a three and felt it fell far short of the original.

I gave it a 2. Haven't seen the original but did watchlist it because everyone here seems to agree it's better overall and has a better ending.

It would've been a 1 - I really thought it was awful - but it was nice to see William B. Davis as a pleasant, kind-seeming doctor, after all those years of The X-Files, so I added a point for his appearance.

The kids are a mess! You brought them home exhausted and pretentious!
