Canister in the 'Droid Factory' level . . .

In the "Droid Factory" level, when you are suppose to use Jar Jar to jump up to the alcove and retrieve the canister, I can't get up there. I get him on the platform and when he jumps up there I can't get him to go in. Is anyone else having this problem?
