It just did not connect right to me. The acting however was on point! I think it needed to go through at least two more re-writes. It's cool for the Black film festival circuit or straight to DVD but not for theatrical release.

Yes it had a limted release in my area and played to sold out crowds. Let me guess you hated it more than you hated Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles !
