Why is every movie with an "all black cast" terrible?
Every movie I can think of with an all black cast is absolute garbage.
They all have a 3.0 or lower rating.
The IMDB bottom 100 list is riddled with movies that have an all black cast.
This is by no means to be taken as a racist comment, but merely an "Observation".
Stop with the "observation" and just enjoy life. Works so much better when you act ignorant.

I agree with the OP, why do they even bother making movies like this and Barber Shop? They all suck and are only aimed at the black population. You never see a white movie where there are only jokes that white people will understand. And btw, Tracy Morgan is the least funniest person have ever seen in my life! He's just an idiot with no talent. I saw him on TV with David Letterman and you couldn't even understand half the words he was saying!I'm not saying that movies with a majority of the actors who are black are bad movies, look at the Great Debaters and Malcom X, those were great movies! But these movies like First Sunday are just pure garbage!
How am I funny?
I completely disagree...I haven't really seen any movies with an all or mostly black cast and didn't understand the jokes. I understood everything in this movie, and I thought it was funny. AND not all the movies with an all black cast have low ratings...Diary of a mad black woman has a 5.1 rating (granted it's not high, but better than a 3.), Friday has a 6.8 rating, and Barbershop is 6.3 (I thought that was a good movie, also).
I mean... I don't understand what kind of jokes were in those movies that you have to be black to understand... That's probably just ignorance. And what about Epic movie, Date Movie, and stupid stuff like that with a majority of white people in the cast... I consider those just stupid. At least these are original and make you laugh a little.

It has nothing to do with being black to understand.
Generally, comedy is only funny if you can relate to it in one way or another.
In these movies, only black people or someone that grew up around black people will be able to relate to the comedy and find it in the least bit funny.
Many slang terms are used in movies like these that most people won't understand, unless brought up in that kind of neighborhood.
You have to be black to RELATE to this comedy and even then, you have to be really stupid to think its funny. If comedy can relate to most races, only then, is it truly funny.
Although I'm reluctant to dignify your ignorance with a response, I thought it best to make an attempt to edify you -- and all others who are unaware of the racism in their self-proclaimed non-racist "observations".

You still only have a total of 11 out of 100 -- which is a ratio less than the percentage of Blacks in America. So, I'm not quite certain how this constitutes the list being "riddled" with Black movies.

I like Barbershop actually. But it does seem as time goes on the worse they get. Remember when black cinema used to shine? Friday and Boyz in the Hood were good movies.

This proves that BLACK COMEDY is ONLY FUNNY to BLACK PEOPLE!!

P.S. Denzel Washington is one of the greatest actors of all time, Kat Williams on the other hand, is one of the worst.
