It's ok! Basically albert enjoyed pain and felt the need to put needles into his rectum and groin for having certain feelings. There were quite a few needles he shoved into his groin.
The image is of the X-Ray which was taken of Albert Fish's abdomen, clearly showing different lengths of needles which he stuck into himself. In total, 29 needles were identified in Fish's body.

shareYes, I've read a lot about him online. I was reading about Ed Gein and saw a list of other serial killers, though Ed was (maybe not really a serial killer), and found Albert Fish. This guy makes Ed Gein seem almost normal. The things he did to his victims, and especially the letter he wrote to one of the victims family is very chilling. It's scary to think there was, and maybe still, people like that out there somewhere. THE REAL BOOGIE MAN without a doubt.
