I think you're preaching to the unconvertible when someone gives a documentary two minutes. But on my behalf, thanks for those recommendations.
I found this extremely challenging and enlightening, even though I must admit I don't totally "get" Scott Walker's later efforts. I'm just eternally grateful he followed his muse, and what a muse it is!
Personally, I prefer his later stuff... Tilt and The Drift.
However, being someone who is into ambient music and minimalist type of stuff may have prepared me for it better than most.
His later stuff is the best. People who do not care to even try to understand experimental music are the ones that think Kanye West makes the best albums of the year.
