I have been forcefully exposed to this show while at work. I'm glad it is going away. Sorry to those involved with the production, but this was some pretty banal crap.
Every once in a while they had a decent guest on, but this really seemed like they were having trouble filling episodes with broadcast worthy material.
I have a small role in getting the show's daily promos on air in my area and I often thought to myself "Sheeesh, these are the highlights they are showing/talking about to try to get people interested in watching. They would probably find more more of an audience if they DIDN'T tell them what was coming up on the episode."
"We have a great show for you today. Superficial chit-chat with some nobody actor/actress from a tv show that sucks, nobody watches, and won't last. AND a hack hypnotist wows us with mediocrity subpar for even daytime tv. Plus, who in our audience can make the biggest fool on themselves?"
Ellen fills up like 5+ minutes a day of daytime tv with her and her audience of middleaged white women hip-hop dancing. And Megan's show seems even more pointless than hers. Er, seemed.
OH, the one thing that sucks about this show getting canceled is the while production is stopping immediately, our station doesn't have anything to put in its place. So I will have to re-air promos for RERUNS of this show for like almost 2 months I think. The only thing worse than watching Megan promos is having to see them all again...

Ellen doesn't spend five or more minutes dancing. It's more like 2 minutes, and sometimes it'll lead into a commercial break. And she spends a good majority of the first 15 minutes doing a monologue and other entertainment.
