Maybe if Megan had showed up to a staff production meeting she could've made the show work...she never did care enough to show up. The show is done-- she is paid off and can sit at home in her frumpy clothes until Broadway calls again.
The show was painful to watch. It was as funny as cancer.

I dont have a problem with megan, didnt know who she was, i never watched "will & grace", but have seen her talk show a few times ,it came on here in Memphis at like 5AM ,i would watch about 5 to 10 minutes, and had to change channels, or i would just leave for work, it did not hold my attention at all, im not at all surprised that it was cancelled.

Megan had a deal with NBC and was shoved into a Talk Show she gave two sh*ts about.
I heard a lot from staffers and said she showed zero interest in that daytime show and its staff meetings -- and eventually prods even gave up trying to make her even look good- cuz she insisted on those fat pants and sweater / blazer combos daily. BOOORING.
Megan sucked as a talk show hostess and wanted OUT -- so she played DEAD on camera and got cancelled by Christmas 2006. Her staff were out of jobs but Megan didn't lose a cent...she was bought out of her contract and LUCKY HER available for Broadway and Young Frankenstein.
I guess she played NBC/Universal right - that crap show is now long-forgotten and she is back on Broadway. That's showbiz...Megan is talented and shines-- but only when she feels like it.
And you know these "staffers" how? I hope you really do have inside info, if you're making these claims.
shareI'd heard this as well, that she was pretty much strong-armed into the talk show, and wanted out pretty much from day one. Isn't wasn't about her "not caring" about the other people working on the show, it was her not liking what she was being forced to do. She was under contract and the talk show was the only thing that was offered. She did the best with what she got, took it on the chin and moved on.
I, for one, don't blame her. The networks treat their talent like cattle. Believe me, I should know.

I agree with the last people it was a good show and funny i couldn't watch it all the time because it was in the morning and i had class but i miss the show.
