Even though this is a cartoon, Buzz Aldrin has clearly never let go of the grudge he has against Neil Armstrong by changing several facets of the mission to give himself the role that Neil actually had. Yet, he was deathly afraid that people would think there were actually bugs on Apollo so he made sure to clear up that little misconception at the end of the movie.
