Hi. As a young man from Melbourne, I was wondering if any of this film will be shot in Melbourne, considering it's set here? And if so, will there be any Australian actors in it?

It's not likely. The olimpic game itself was shot in Budapest.

I don't think so, I think they will shoot everything on location (Budapest) and in studio (Pomáz and Fót)

nothing was shot in Melbourne.
They've shot the olympic match in the BVSC swimming pool in Budapest.
