Yeah, I wonder if he thinks the rest of the world doesn't watch American movies... ;o)

reply

Yes, of course. Every movie is in English in the world. No other languages exist.

I fail to see what's so all-fired stupid about the question. The movie was written by Joe Eszterhas, who, after all, normally writes in English. When I first heard about the movie under its English name, 'Children of Glory', and saw that it was written by Eszterhas, I assumed it would be Enlish language, too. According to imdb, every single one of his other (produced) screenplays was. Obviously, only a fool could even consider the possibility that this one would be, too.

I have the same problem. there are a lot of good movies with English subtitles but I prefer to listen rather than read. Plus I also speak Manadarin but the English subtitles loses the actual meaning in translation.

The writer is Hungarian by birth, that could be seen as a hint. If you want it in english you'll have to wait for the American remake.
I wish there were more films in original languange, as they should be. Sorry Valkyrie etc. I can't stand it anymore. See Der Untergang instead.

The only English heard is in some of the brief background news snippets.🐭
