Kraken sinks Russian sub during Cold War movie?

I don't know if its a Scifi Channel flick. But I remember a teaser on another channel a couple of years ago which showed the movie premise regarding a Russian Sub being sunk by the Kraken near Cuba during the Cold War.

Anyone remember the name of that movie?

I'm a Conservative, and thats my opinion on this matter.
