I've only seen 2 episodes (I didn't know when it was on, I do now though. It's on next!)
Anyway, Rake is my favorite. I don't know why, he just is.
Least favorite would probably be Cuthbert.

A brat? No, he's simply the kid with no friends, a using, mentally abusive father, a less-than-intelligent (but loveable) mentor, no DRAGON helping him, no one really trying to teach him right from wrong, and no time to study between knight training and working for his father, who's simply trying to do his best to help himself, because no one else is.

Smithy is a lovely, quiet, calm, caring, yet somewhat mysterious character.
