Why did Mac Daddy and his white rastar far friend, grab their pants while attempting to leave Jackie's apartment?

Did they have guns, or did something else prevent them from walking out normally...??? This is when there was a fight in their apartment and an attempt to take the baby away from Octopus and Jackie!
