Why did MacDaddy show up and say that Thongs still owns him money at the hospital? His family had paid of his debts I thought, right?

What does Thongs shove into the guys mouth in the frozen room, saying "gorge yourself"? Some baby food or something? Where did it come from?

Please help with these two questions.

I really enjoyed the film.

I can't answer your first question as I don't remember the plot well enough.

In the second though, it is the lollipop that the bad guy is always sucking on. Jackie just pushes it into his throat.
