False advertising in America!

Not sure if this is the case everywhere, but I will say that on American dvds, this show is advertised as a "superior successor to AbFab". And, being that there is absolutely no similarity between the shows, other than both being British and both being created by Saunders, they are nothing alike! And, with all due respect to the avid fans, this certainly isn't *superior* to AbFab!

Well, I can only assume that they must have been desperate to sell here, to make that erroneous connection! It was definitely a case of false advertising to imply that there is any significant similarity between this show and AbFab!

Its not misleading to state that its from the makers of Ab Fab.

That's not what I meant. I meant that it was misleading to advertise it as a straight-up comedy that is superior to AbFab, because that implies that it's similar to AbFab---and it isn't. Not to mention the fact that often, it's more drama than comedy. That's what was misleading about it. That's what I meant.
