Re: Negative Reviews

At the risk of some people's opinions causing you to miss out on this show (but good luck finding it this many years later) I would just like to say that I'm an obnoxious American (redundant, I know) dude in my 40's who prefers quirky, subtle humor, so if you liked "The Office" (original U.K. version, of course), any damn thing with Steve Coogan in it, or the oddness of "Green Wing" etc. I'm guessing you will like/love this show.

It surprises me how many people don't appreciate it, as does the number of drivers who don't turn on their headlights on when it's dark & raining outside because they can see just fine...I suspect they're of the same ilk.

Love it so much. Watching now. You can find episodes under the name Jam & Jerusalem. In the US it was called Clatterford so it took a bit for me to hunt around and find all the episodes.

I'm in the US, and I'm about to borrow the DVDs from my local library; I know that library systems vary widely from state to state, but it's always worth checking one's local library.

Also, some people in N. America buy region-free DVD players so they can enjoy the excellent fare from the UK (= DVDs from amazon.co.uk, and sometimes from eBay and Amazon.com).
