This movie looks good from what I've researched and Robert Englund is one of my favorite actors and I was wondering what all of you thought of this film and if I should buy it.
Any comments about this film and what it was like and comparable to would be great so I know whether I really do want to buy it.
I myself enjoyed this film. It's a nicely straightforward little horror slasher romp that does the trick, but doesn't break any new or original ground. It reminded me quite a bit of both "Halloween II" and "Visiting Hours." I would wait until it gets marked down to ten bucks or rent it. I got a free screener copy in the mail back in September. Moreover, I've just submitted a favorable comment for the film. Robert Englund is quite good in the pic in a refreshing change-of-pace good guy part as a heroic sheriff. I also thought James Binkley was really creepy and intense as the vicious serial killer who goes on the rampage in this film. Meredith Henderson made for a very pretty and likable heroine as well.
