Okay, so some of you think it's not punk. If it was labeled Rock and roll, would you shut up? If they didn't call themselves punk, would you enjoy their music? I don't think they're really punk, but that doesn't make them a bad band.

The fact that they draw fans that would actually post something like that speaks for itself. They might have been punk once upon a time but that 21 guns sh!t sounds like something the Beatles would have put out at the height of their peace and love bullsh!t era.

They're Pop. Alternative is something like Primus and The Pixies. Punk is Black Flag and The Sex Pistols.

shareahhh yes the sex pistols with the most punk rock guy ever johnny rotten, where is he these days when his not selling out to reality tv, shows about sharks or selling butter, that guy is pathetic!! at the end of the day no band can ever stay true to punk rock roots, other wise they would have to get proper jobs because you wont make much money off playing infront of 150 people on a weekend. sex pistols, the clash, green day all signed with major record labels, which isnt punk. mayb the true punk bands are the ones who didnt sign to them, although they probably wernt very good!
