Is Faiz Ali the Beggar/Leper at the end of movie?

Is the leper/beggar at the end of the movie Faiz Ali? If someone can verify or refute this observation for me, I would appreciate it.

Oh that's right! Thank you for that...I thought it wouldn't have made sense for the leper to be Faiz Ali 'cause he would have recognized Umrao Jaan. Do you think Umrao recognized him? I think she did.

the beggar is Dilawer Khan, the man, who kidnapped her, as a child Ameeran. And...yes, she recognized him, and forgave him
