Idk why people didnt like it. The only thing i had a problem with is the lack of emotion in the child Ameeran when she gets kidnapped. Other than that, I loved this movie. It was really beautiful!! Much better than recent hits, Faana, and KANK. I havent seen Don yet though.
shareIm really sorry to hear that you liked this movie. All it was was cryong for 4 straight hours. Yes the songs were beautiful. Ash did look stunning. But Absheik just like left at one point. And she wore an extreamly weird hat one the last song. It was a stupid depressing movie.

this is not because i dislike period movies, as l like Lagaan, Devdas, Gadar, Asoka etc. i think Dutta is not capable of making such kind of movies, also the most of the main characters are horribly miscasted except Shabana Azmi. i think SLB or AG can better handle this topic.
I really loved it too! And that's weird for me because I can't stand not having a happy ending. (In my head, I sort of re-wrote it a little, haha.) But it was wonderful! I also don't understand why everyone is hating on Abhishek Bachchan. I thought he did a wonderful job, and the scenes between him and Aishwarya Rai were beautiful and incredibly sweet.
