The handiwork in this movie is outstanding (office scene)

People seem to generally hate this movie and while i think differently, the anger seems to be more directed towards script and such. Overlooking that, however, this movie is crafted really well.

What was the most striking to me was the set design and, perhaps most of all, the cinematography.

The scene that comes to mind, of course, is the scene in the hypnotist's office. The table with the different shapes was, I think, genius. And the camera angles as well as the quick cuts makes this one of the best, if not THE best, constructed scenes I've ever seen in a film.

The DOP and cinematographer Paul Sadourian is definitely someone I will keep a close eye on in the future. After all, his work kind of MADE this movie, for me. Everything from angles and cuts to lenses and colouring was absolute perfection.

Did anyone else get as excited about this as I did? haha

everything in that office was beautifully crafted, filmed, edited, and displayed. it was painstakingly meticulous and just perfect.
