I'd like to see Torchwood evolve or spin-off to the story of Jack becoming the Face of Boe: traveling billions of years into the past, having adventures as a man, and experiencing whatever changes him into the Face... and establishing himself into a long-term residence as a cultural legend.
Had Torchwood continued I think it would have. I would like to see how he became a big ol' face.
shareDoubtful. First of all, it's not really canon as far as RTD is concerned (at least, I don't think he's changed his position on that) and is only a Doctor Who reference/"joke" so far. Also, Torchwood is Earth-based, present day-based, and Gwen-centric. I wouldn't mind a departure, but Torchwood the show seems to only be able to include Jack and Gwen.
