Fan theories?

Was just curious if any one else had heard any, or has any fan theories about Torchwood?

I remember There were theories going about when Miracle Day started saying that Owen was still alive. It was something like: "Owen says that his body will slowly decomposes as he watches, because obviously he was already dead anyway and wouldn't feel it. But what if the decomposition process was that slow that it had barely affected him by the time the actual Miracle Day happened, which was 3 years after the nuclear meltdown Owen was in (if we're talking real world time). Maybe there was no physical damage done to him in that time and he had been living in the containment chamber (Remember, he was already dead before the meltdown, and as was evidenced in "Dead Man Walking" he didn't need to, and couldn't, eat or drink to survive). So on Miracle Day, maybe he was returned to his normal self (i.e before he died the first time)."

It's a lovely, and very plausible, theory to believe in and I would love it to be revealed to be true as I loved Burn Gorman in the show as Owen, as well as Naoko Mori as Tosh and of course Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto. Always have been intrigued by that particular theory.
