is there supposed to be a booklet with the DVD?

I just picked up the DVD at a flea market for a buck (a former Blockbuster Video rental), and there isn't a DVD booklet although the plastic clamps on the inside left case are there. Does anyone here who bought this brand new know if it came with a booklet?

About two years ago, I think it was now, I bought a new DVD copy of Queer Duck: The Movie from my local HMV store when it was released in the UK. And there was no booklet that came with it. Hope that helps, SoForgetIt. :)
