What does "Je vais bien, ne t'en fais pas" mean exactly?
I tried a web translation but it didn't come out good. Thanks!

It means:
"Don't Worry, I'm Fine"

At least that's what I saw on an online movie review of the film.

Litterally it means "I'm doing good, don't worry"
