Spoiler Point from Trailer in theater

First of all the title of this movie is now, The Wedding Daze and IMDB has to change it like they changed Fast Track to the Ex since its retitled.

Second of all here is a disturbance of something I saw in the trailer on an important point I am making:

The character that Jason Biggs the star of this movie, plays is that, he is in a diner with his friends and this red haired waitress comes to him to take his order and out of the blue with the guts he has in taking a very scary chance(its just as scary to ask for a phone number or to ask out on a get acquainted date), he asks her to marry him which is a million steps ahead of just meeting that person and getting to know that person.

In reality logic she could throw water at him, slap his face, call the police, have her manager remove him and barr him permanently, or say"I don't even know you stranger, and if you don't leave I will either let you have it or call the police".

This proves that you don't go up to a stranger you only met 10 seconds and ask them to marry you, you have to converse first then maybe ask for a phone number or ask them out for a get acquainted date then commit to a relationship and if in time they love each other then marry them so why did I see this in the trailer?
