What type of answer will this kind of question have IF we lived in an apocalyptic scenario with only 1 man and 1 woman left alive?
And in the real world, even if one is worse than the other, wouldn't one want NEITHER?
I mean, even in seemingly other cases, and not like in this movie, it was proved to be hurtful and wrong, isn't this why it is all such a hot topic (beyond the law of course, and it all exists even if it doesn't always work - at least theoretically and from the points of view of tangeants and tendencies of JUSTICE)?
By the way, I haven't yet seen this movie but will do at some point, though I'm a little frightened to watch it based on all I've heard about it - although I have a very strong stomach and have seen many disturbing films as well.
Plus I loved "Knocking on Heaven's Door" (1997) which also stars Til Schweiger.

Oh and just to let you know, even if I or anyone else doesn't experience this in there, I still sure as hell DON'T want to go to prison or even get in trouble with the police to get any kind of criminal either. It would be SAD and EMBARRASSING for me either way.
And I bet even if all conditions were top notch, many criminals would still try to get away from police who are chasing them for some or other crimes.
I prefer my freedom to live and work and breathe and enjoy life as I please, not to be locked away in some solitary confinement.
Yes, I know that life and reality has proved to be harsh beyond dictionary definitions, certain saying of its wrong and the existence of law. Possibly even a hundred thousand billion times more harsh than we could EVER speculate - and many people online say we have a DUTY to SPECULATE - just look at how much criticism there is of "society" both here and there and these debates online NEVER end.
