in the episode where alice works at her mothers library, a woman wants to buy a book, but alice won't let her cause she says you need axact change, and she eventually gets fed up and leaves.
did anyone notice the book she was buying is Alice, I think.

Did anyone notice that that woman was Susan Juby THE AUTHOR of Alice, I Think!!! It was really her in the show buying her own book. That is hilarious. Sneeky and hilarious!

I knew she would do that :) She spoke to my Children's Lit class two years ago, we were studying Alice MacLeod, Realist At Last, and she told us a lot of stories as well as about how they had to do so many takes on that one line she had. Fun stuff. She really is nice in person too.
