Great Film about Child Exploitation.

Well you do have to remember that about two-thirds of these women aren't acting anymore, and most of them were never in film or TV, so they wouldn't have IMDb pages.

The cast list can be found here:

Eventually I, or some other IMDB user, will submit the names to IMDB.

I also wish they would have stated ROSANNE SORRENTINO, which is how she appeared as Annie in the 3rd US National Tour AND how she credited as Pepper in the 1982 film-version. In this documentary she is credited as ROSANNE KAVANAUGH, which I'm sure most people won't know IS the same person. I hope for the upcoming DVD release they at least fix this and put her real name in parentheses and her current name above it, since this is how she obviously wants to be credited by.

Now... as Rosanne Kavanaugh: http://www.annieorphans.com/Orph_Info/images/Rosanne.jpg

I asked all of the women who participated how they would like to be credited and Rosanne chose to use her married name. Sorry.

That's great. As long as she's in the "Life After Tomorrow" Documentary. I'll rent it soon.

Why wasn't the cast of the movie included? Not to take anything away from the play at all, but obviously millions more have seen the movie (and have grown up with it playing on TV ALL THE TIME), so many more viewers would have been more familiar with those child actors, wondering what had happened to them. I would have just thought that using the movie kids would have created a bigger target audience.

Nonetheless, I saw this on TV a while back and really enjoyed it. It honestly portrays the ups and downs without it become a cliched E! True Hollywood Story tale about the perils of child stardom. And no annoying cross cutting either, which I appreciated.
